We are often called upon to dig limited access, wet and extremely difficult graves in other major cemeteries.  So as our business grew we employed staff and trained them in a way where we showed care, quality and sincerity to attain our high standards.

We employ eight full-time staff and have access to casual employees.

With the quality and the calibre of staff, and the quantity of equipment we do not have any problems doing multiple burials at the same cemetery or multiple cemeteries on the same day.

An understanding with the growth and expansion of multiculturalism, a level of tolerance and respect has been attained to cater for the many different cultures, religions and graveside etiquette.

LJFC currently supplies grave digging services to forty-eight different funeral directors. Working towards perfection at all times, we listen to our clientele to find improvement with new ideas.

Funerals are very emotional times and having so many years experience enables us to understand and cope with grieving families, both on an emotional and cultural standing.  This is a very delicate area and years of experience and expertise at our management and supervisory capacity has taught us when we need to step up or step back. This knowledge and understanding are then passed onto our employees. We need to assure everything is perfect or as close as we can get to give the families and funeral directors comfort and peace of mind that the funeral will function without fault or delay.
